Funding

Funds raised from donations is used 100% towards fees, workshop expenses and residential camps for students only. You can also contribute specifically for Textbooks, cds' & stationery for library also.

How to donate:

• • Cheques in favour of Friends of children can be posted to the address given, along with your postal address for receipt to be sent to you. ( Friends of children, 16 Atlantis, 4th Floor, Kalyaninagar, Pune 411006 )

  • All donors can avail of 80 G income tax exemption. We have FCRA clearance for foreign currency donations also.

Sponsorship of a particular student

• • Students degree courses in pure sciences ( non - professional courses ) can be sponsored for Rs 10000 annually. This covers their college and exam fees, workshop travel expenses and stationery.

  • Students in professional courses like Engineering, Diploma in Engg., D.ed, Law etc can be sponsored upto Rs 20000 annually. This covers part of their college fees, workshop travel expenses and stationery.

Corpus

• • Donations can be made towards the Friends of children corpus, the interest of which is used towards our administrative expenses.

Material

You can also contribute textbooks, CD's, stationery, computers, laptops etc for the library. If required, we can arrange for a volunteer to collect the same from your home/office.
