Expenditure: Rs 6,000 Include professional trainer fees and logistics
2) Unnati: Interview and GD skills enhancement program
About: 2 days residential program for final year students of various professional courses like engineering, Pharmacy, Medical, BCA, B.Sc-IT etc . It include lectures on various topics like assertiveness, attitude, resume preparation & tips, facing interview & tips, FAQs in interviews, Corporate & E-mail etiquette, Group discussion, Guest speakers, Aptitude test, Mock GDs and Interviews conducted by corporate & HR trainers of reputed firms.Objective: To improve their employability
Frequency: Thrice in a year in Pune city
Expenditure: Rs 30,000 Include lodging and boarding expenses of students for one program ( 25 students )
3) Unnati Outreach: Interview and GD skills enhancement program for college students (non FoC Students)
About: 2 days on-campus program for final year students of various professional courses like engineering, Pharmacy, Medical, BCA, B.Sc-IT etc .It include lectures on various topics like assertiveness, attitude, resume preparation & tips, facing interview & tips, FAQs in interviews, Corporate & E-mail etiquettes, Group discussion, Guest speakers, Aptitude test, Mock GDs and Interviews conducted by corporate & HR trainers of reputed firms.

4) Udaan: Residential program
About: 2-3 days residential program for selected students of FoC held in Pune city.
Objective: To make them socially responsible
Frequency: Once a year
Expenditure: Rs 40,000 Include lodging and boarding, logistics & trainer fees ( 35 students )
5) Career counseling session for 11th -12th students
About: 4 Hrs career counselling session by experts for 11th-12th students which gives them exposure of various options available after 12th for
better career prospects.
Objective: To counsel students for better career options
Frequency: Twice in a year
Expenditure: Rs 6,000 Includes professional trainer fees and logistics
B) Sponsor a student
You can sponsor the education of a student. The average scholarship for a student doing a professional course (Engineering, Pharmacy, CA, BCS) is Rs 20,000 per year.
The average scholarship for a student in a non-professional course (B.Sc., B.Com, B.A) is Rs 10,000 per year.
