Guidelines for application to FoC
  • Family income should not be above Rs 50000 for rural areas / Rs 60000 for urban   areas.  
  • Students who have scored 80 % in Class 10, 70 % and above in Classes 11 /12 can apply. The eligibility for all other courses is 60 %.
  • In case the student does not score required marks in certain semester, he or she can avail of textbooks alone for that particular term and apply again when he or she qualifies next term.
  • Eligibility for scholarship will be considered after home visit is conducted by FoC volunteers
  • Fees based on Govt .colleges only will be provided for any professional courses.
  • Student will be given fees only if application is complete with documentation and home visit is completed.
  •  It is the student’s duty to inform FoC if they receive any monetary assistance from other NGOs.
Documents required from new applicants
  • Income certificate of all earning members in family for current year.
  • 2  passport size photo ( application form, identity card )
  • Photocopies of all mark sheets/ certificates to date. ( class 10 onwards )
  • Ration card copy
  • Caste cert. etc. if available
  • Pertaining fee receipt  ( copy to be stamped / notarized and submitted )
  • Application letter to FoC requesting aid for current year.

Documents required from students presently under FoC scholarship program

  • Income certificate for current yr. from all earning members of family
  • Mark sheet  for current year
  • Application letter to FoC requesting educational assistance for current year.
  • Pertaining fee receipt ( notarized Xerox to be submitted )
  • Photocopy of Identity card showing attendance of workshops through the year
  • In case discrepancy in any documents is found later, the sponsorship stands cancelled )
